During my 2nd pregnancy I was flagged as being at high risk of postpartum depression. I began counselling through the hospital, however I struggled to find this helpful for me. That is when I began meeting with Nina. She helped me put strategies in place to help with my anxiety, to gently yet seriously look at and examine areas in my life that I really struggled with (such as sleep, budgeting, setting boundaries in relationships, etc).

She followed up every session with an email to remind me of what we had spoken about and helpful goals we had set for myself to attain for (which she lovingly helped keep me accountable of).

Nina is easy to talk to and there is never any judgment on her part. She only cared about helping make life better for myself and in so doing my family. The advice she gave was very beneficial, and I continue to build on the foundation she set up for me.

I am forever grateful to Nina for helping me through a difficult period in my life and value the time she put into helping me better myself. I cannot recommend her enough.
